我司采用白金铱合金制造的高精度溢流槽,玻璃熔体自中央溢出后双侧对称下流并在下方汇合成片。
此设计可保持流速、温度及厚度一致,防止因重力或冷却差异造成的厚度偏差与应力集中。
We utilize a high-precision platinum-iridium overflow trough, allowing molten glass to flow symmetrically down both sides. This design maintains uniform flow rate, temperature, and thickness, minimizing stress and thickness deviation caused by gravity or cooling imbalance.

在成形过程中,玻璃表面完全不接触任何固体模具,可直接获得原子级平整度(Ra < 0.5 nm)。
该特性确保TFT曝光、刻蚀等制程的精确对位,无需后续研磨或抛光处理。
During forming, the glass surface never contacts any solid mold, achieving atomic-level flatness (Ra < 0.5 nm). This ensures precise alignment in TFT processes such as exposure and etching, eliminating the need for post-polishing.

我司采用低碱铝硼硅系统(Alumino-borosilicate),具备低热膨胀、高硬度及高耐热特性。

• 热膨胀系数与a-Si及IGZO材料匹配;
• 具备支撑G8.5世代以上大尺寸基板的结构强度。
We adopt an alumino-borosilicate alkali-free system with low thermal expansion, high hardness, and excellent heat resistance. Advantages include:
– Preventing alkali ion contamination that affects TFT mobility;
– Thermal expansion matching with a-Si and IGZO materials;
– High structural strength suitable for G8.5 and above large-size substrates.
